Under no circumstances is Helvetia liable for any direct or indirect damage or consequential damage that arises in any way whatsoever in connection with the use of the case referral platform. This legal disclaimer also includes all failures of the internet of any kind whatsoever and misuse by third parties. In particular, Helvetia refers to the dangers caused by viruses and hacking attempts.

No Warranties

Helvetia, the Service Providers and third party Content providers give no guarantee, representation, warranty or condition, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to condition, satisfactory quality, performance, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, merchantability or otherwise in respect of the case referral platform or its Content.
